  The staff is nice but not willing to put forth effort to accommodate you. Also they get orders wrong and won't fix them. I ordered a large iced coffee, was given a medium, and they wouldn't change it when I showed the receipt saying I paid for a large. My friend and I ordered together and she went up to pick up our orders and they yelled at her and wouldn't give her both bags. Also the waiting place for food is the small hallway by the bathroom, so it's very overcrowded and the staff won't walk to you standing at the counter to give you the food. We had to maze through a bunch of people so they wouldn't just throw away our orders.

  If I could give it zero stars, I would. Worst customer service I've ever received. The employees are disgusting and rude---if you want to be harassed, asked inappropriate personal questions, and talked about directly in front of your face (in another language), then I would recommend this location to you. Every time I come in the store, the employees are standing around gossiping about customers and you have to repeat your order several times because they can't hear you because they're too busy running their mouths.
